We’re on Facebook to Save You Money. Here’s How. . .

By jkutner, 8 March, 2010, No Comment

We’re on Facebook to give you timely information about your own property tax protest.  If you become a fan here’s some of what you’ll get:

  1. Short notices of posts and links that are relevant to your property taxes; you can read ‘em or ignore ‘em.
  2. Reminders when it’s time to take action –  whether you represent yourself or hire a consultant.
  3. Before the protest season begins we’ll post a record of MLS 2009 sale values and values per square foot by zip code.  We’ll alert you so you can compare your property with your peers by gross value and value per square foot.
  4. We’re working on providing the same data by neighborhood to make your information even more useful.
  5. During the protest season we’ll post periodic value updates from the Appraisal Review Board.  For instance, we’ll post ARB reductions as they occur not only for clients of Property Tax Protest but for all protests at your county’s Appraisal Review Board.  You can track values as they change.

This is a partial list — there will be more as we refine our data gathering capabilities between now and May 1, when the protest season begins.

So become a fan!  You’ll be able to pick and choose what interests you from our buffet.  To become a Fan ust follow this link:
